Day Passes: $12 (6+), $8 (3-5 years old), Free (0-2 years old)
Day passes can be purchased in person only. Anyone bringing a child and/or children under the age of 18 who they are NOT legally responsible for, must have the legal guardian complete a Day Liability Waiver prior to visiting the facility.

  • Day Pass users 18+ must present a valid photo ID, such as a Government Issued ID, etc.
  • Day Pass users under the age of 18 must be accompanied by another responsible adult, who is 18+, as long as their parent or legal guardian has completed a Day Liability Waiver prior to visiting the facility, and the completed waiver can be presented at the Recreation Center at the time of the visit.
  • Children ages 12 and 13 must be supervised by a legal guardian or responsible adult who is 18+ when in any cardio or weight area due to safety reasons, as well as any other area within the facility.
  • Children ages 0-11 are NOT allowed to be in any cardio or weight area due to safety reasons. They must also be supervised by a legal guardian or responsible adult who is 18+ while in any other area of the facility.
  • Day Pass users who wish to participate in any fee related Drop-in Group Exercise class, such as, Yoga, Cycle, Spin, Barre, Zumba, etc., can do so for an additional fee of $6.00.
  • Day Pass users may check out equipment during their visit and will be financially responsible for any equipment that is lost or damaged.
  • A Day Pass grants full access to the Campus Recreation, no fee Drop-in Group Exercise classes, and the Maine Bound Adventure Center.
  • If you wish to visit more than one facility within the day of purchase, please be sure to request and retain a copy of your receipt for entry.
  • Day Passes are non-transferable and are not refundable.
  • Day passes are good for the date of purchase only.

Guest Passes (18+ ONLY) – Only for UM Currently Enrolled Students and Employees with a Voucher: $10

Guest passes can be purchased in person only.  The student and/or employee must be present at the time of purchase and remain with their guest during the visit.

Day-Use Lockers

Each locker room has designated day use lockers for individuals.

Individuals using a day locker at the Campus Recreation must adhere to the following procedures:

  • Bring your own lock.
  • Must remove your lock and take any belongings at the end of your visit or by the end of the day.
  • Note:  At the end of each day – locks are cut off, locker contents are removed, bagged, and then placed in lost and found.
