Maine seafood distribution system mapping

Abstract: This project focuses on identifying current and future distribution options for Maine seafood, including wild capture products along with aquaculture products such as scallops. Innovative methods will be considered, in tandem with an analysis on the logistics, capabilities, costs, and potential of each method. A focus will also be placed on gaining insight into access to new markets.
