Campus weather closure at 12:15 p.m. December 2

In light of the inclement weather and our desire for everyone to travel home safely, we are closing campus today, Tuesday, December 2, at 12:15 p.m. In-person and online classes beginning at that time or later are cancelled. Campus will reopen Wednesday, December 3, at 5:00 a.m. Only employees designated essential by Storm Day Staffing Plans should remain on campus after 12:15 p.m.

Fogler Library will close at 12:15 p.m.

The campus recreation center and residential dining will remain open, please visit the UMaine Dining website for specific facility hours.

Reminder: winter parking ban is in effect.

At UMaine we offer a variety of diver training from open water certification in the Spring semester to our Introduction to Research Diving in the Summer and Fall.

Through SMS 324: Introduction to Research Diving, students have the opportunity to earn the following certifications;

Advanced Open Water (PADI)
Rescue Diver (PADI)
FA/CPR For Divers (DAN)
Scientific Diver (AAUS)
