Taylor Boucher

Taylor Boucher is the Innovation Programs Manager for the University of Maine’s Office of Strategic Partnerships, Innovation, Resources, and Engagement (SPIRE). She helps design and facilitate the university’s innovation accelerators, most notably the statewide NSF I-Corps program, where she is completing certification as an MIT-trained instructor. Taylor also supports commercialization initiatives that guide researchers, students, and entrepreneurs in transforming Maine-driven innovations into early-stage ventures.

After several years supporting UMaine’s corporate-engagement efforts, she now balances sustaining key industry relationships with developing new engagement initiatives and advancing innovation programming.

Taylor first joined SPIRE in 2023 as a MIRTA business fellow. She holds an MBA from the University of Maine and a BA in Biology from Earlham College.
