- Submit small proposal to officers with well thought out ideas
- NEIGC – October 6-8th
- Located at UMPI
- Drive up Friday evening, camp Friday/Saturday at Aroostook SP
- Split into groups by interest in trips
- Some trips require passports
- Club will pay for everything (except Baxter entry)
- New Meeting time
