Are you looking for hands-on experience with lab, field, data, or outreach work? If so, we invite you to attend the Ecology and Environmental Sciences Fall Job Fair on Tuesday, September 29th at 5:00 PM in Nutting 100.
During the event, each employer will give a brief 1–2 minute presentation to introduce the position(s). This is followed by informal time for one-on-one conversations. It is recommended that you come dressed presentably and with a resume in hand if you have one. This will be a great opportunity to make a strong first impression with someone you’re interested in working for!
This event is a great opportunity to see what’s out there, connect with graduate workers and faculty who have been down the same academic path you’re embarking on, and get some great experience in ecology, environmental science, and related fields. Some of the connections you make here may become mentors and references for you in the future!
If you’re unable to make the fair, we will send out the full list of presentations after the fact so everyone has the opportunity to apply.
