Request Letter of Rec

Please follow this link to request a letter of recommendation from Dr. Blossom.

In order to write your letter I will need the information below at least 6 weeks before the letter due date:

Required:

1. Submission instructions & due date(s)

2. Your CV/resume

3. A statement regarding your goals for grad school, your career, and why you are choosing this program specifically (this can be an early draft of your personal statement)

Optional:

1. Copy of your transcript (if you feel comfortable sharing; allows me to talk about your strengths as a student more broadly)

2. A description of any specific work experience that you think is particularly relevant to the program to which you are applying (e.g., this might be an extension of something written on your CV)

3. If you took a class with me: You need to let me know whether or not you are comfortable with me sharing your performance (i.e., letter grade) in my class(es) in the letter
