THE STACKS, LAY ME DOWN TO REST

Texas-origin band The Stacks demonstrate picture-perfect indie rock in their latest LP, Lay Me Down To Rest. Velvety harmonies accompanied by pop-motivated guitar throughout the record create a fantastic recipe for easy listening, while still maintaining diversity between tracks.

BABITHA, BRIGHTER SIDE OF BLUE
Babitha (Imogen Grist) checks off all boxes for fans of Julia Jacklin andAngel Olsen. Brighter Side of Blue exhibits a timeless and unique feel. Inspired by “the other woman”, the tracks on the 12-song album explore anger to grief to heartbreak, and much more, with an extremely smooth and delicate sound.

THE MOSS, INSOMNIA EP
Following a sweeping rise to popularity with their hit single “Insomnia”, Utah-based four piece the moss has started 2023 off with a bang with the release of Insomnia EP. This sweet collection of rocking love songs gives their audience only a slight glimpse at what the group has been up to just five days before their 2023 winter tour, amping up the excitement and anticipation to experience their magic in-person.

JULY TALK, REMEMBER NEVER BEFORE
Six-piece band that is July Talk, a double front-person, guitar, and drummer group from Toronto, has officially welcomed their long-awaited album Remember Never Before this week, continuing to define the balance between order and chaos with uniquely flowing compositions and seemingly limitless potential.
