Emily Hamby
Emily is a junior majoring in Child Development and Family Relations with a minor in Education. She is conducting educational research as well as gaining field experience through internships in a variety of educational and developmental fields. Emily is interested in how systems connect and similarly disconnect, including but not limited to the school to prison pipeline and the disparities of ability and race within it, economic patterns and business structure that embody the larger education system, and the sustainability of current teaching positions. With that, she is curious about curriculum development and behavioral economics.
