Rachelle Maietta

A UMaine Class of ‘96 alumna, Rachelle returned to the college of her heart in 2019 first supporting the Department of Art and then the School of Performing Arts. In 2023, she joined the Office of the Provost as the Special Assistant for Student Success and Strategic Initiatives where she is involved in systemwide and campus-level coordination and implementation of the UMS Transforms Student Success and Retention initiatives Research Learning Experiences, Gateways to Success, and Pathways to Careers. An advocate for the transformative power of education, Rachelle enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for the opportunities a UMaine education offers and connecting students to resources for academic success.
