Here are the details you need to know:

2025 Symposium poster price: $54.00 per poster
Symposium poster submission portal closes April 4 at Noon. The order form will go offline shortly after. Late submissions are not guaranteed.
Printing Services hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Closed on weekends and holidays.
Pick up locations:

-Printing Services office in the Keyo Building on Rangeley Road (contact us for accessibility support)

-Package & Postal Center in University Bookstore, Memorial Union (accessible location)

Posters picked up at the Package & Postal Center (accessible and located within the Memorial Union) will be ready for collection 24 hours after you receive a shipping notification email or on the next business day following the shipping notification.
