Fall is upon us, and the Page Farm and Home Museum’s Great Fall Potato Sale is right around the corner! Ordering is open now! Please place your order using the form below. Pick-up will be November 10 – November 14. All potatoes are grown in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, by Smith’s Hideaway Farm!

Page Farm and Home Museum's Great Fall Potato Sale

Simply enter how many bags of each variety and size you would like. Payment will be handled in-person, at pick-up ONLY, please do not reply to any requests for payment online. Pick-up is November 10 – November 14, 10 – 3. CASH ONLY. We do not have a card reader and cannot take checks on behalf of the grower. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot guarantee help loading potatoes this year due to limited staff. Please consider bringing help should you need it or picking up Wednesday, November 11, or Saturday, November 14, as we will have volunteers to help! Please contact us at (207) 581-4100 if you need to arrange help to load your order. *Reminder: Do not let your potatoes freeze. Do not leave them in your vehicle. Store them in a cool, dark, dry location.*

Red Potatoes

A deep crimson potato with white flesh great for boiling or frying, not as good for baking. This is an early potato and does not store as long as other varieties.

This potato has buff skin and light yellow flesh and is similar to a Yukon Gold. Excellent for boiling, good for roasting, suitable for baking.

Russets

A medium to large potato with white to pale yellow flesh. A good keeper with minimal water content. This is a floury, light, and fluffy potato good for baking, frying, mashing, and roasting. The Caribou Russet was developed by the University of Maine and the Maine Breeding Program.
