Ava Hyora

Role: Ava Hyora, Web Content Migration Specialist, is responsible for assisting in the redesign and migration of the University of Maine’s website to a new content management system. She works with the digital marketing team to ensure that site content is updated, accessible, and aligned with UMaine’s branding and web standards.

Bio: Ava recently completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maine, earning a degree in New Media. She interned with the university’s Communications and Marketing team, where she focused on redesigning the UMaine Machias website to align with updated branding and improve user experience. Having grown up as a creative, Ava now bridges her artistic passions with her professional work and brings a thoughtful, design-forward approach to her projects.
