Education: BA in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey

I was a neuropsychological evaluator for iPACES, a clinical trial investigating exergaming interventions to promote brain health and slow cognitive decline. I have also worked as a research assistant and psychometrist for the Pacific Neuroscience Institute. 

Research Interests: Risk factors for neurodegeneration; neuropsychological assessment; health equity & ADHD in aging

For Fun: I enjoy archery, baking, video games and reading!

Second-year Graduate Student, PhD in Clinical Psychology

Education: B.S. in Psychology and Neurobiology, University of Wisconsin–Madison; M.A. in Applied Clinical Psychology, Pennsylvania State University

I was the Cognitive Core’s Lead Coordinator for the DISCOVERY study, which investigated mechanisms of post-stroke cognitive impairment and dementia to reduce cognitive and functional disability in high-risk U.S. populations. During my master’s program, I also completed an internship in pediatric neuropsychology, where I administered comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments. 

Research Interests: Cognitive functioning across the lifespan; neurodegeneration; social determinants of health; race and ethnicity 

For Fun: I enjoy exploring new sights in Maine, tending to my plants, and going on long walks. I also love cooking new recipes and reading murder mysteries!”

First-year Graduate Student, PhD in Clinical Psychology

Education: BA in Psychology from Connecticut College

I was a research coordinator for the Neurology Department at Boston Medical Center, where I coordinated drug and device treatment clinical research trials for stroke and critical care patients. I have also worked as a psychometrist at the Psychology Assessment Center at Massachusetts General Hospital, administering neuropsychological assessments to patients across the lifespan for a range of neurological and psychological issues. Most recently, I was a clinical research coordinator at the Neuroimaging of Mind-Body Interaction and Treatment Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I coordinated clinical research studies investigating the interaction between the brain and the body using neuroimaging and neuromodulation techniques. 

Research interests: Neuropsychological assessment, risk and resilience factors for neurodegeneration

I was a clinical research assistant in the Boston University Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy Center, primarily working on clinical trials for Alzheimer’s treatments and investigating mortality trends among former American college football players.

Research Interests: Risk and resilience factors for neurodegenerative diseases, neuroinflammation, and neuropsychological assessment.

I was a research coordinator at the Vanderbilt Memory & Alzheimer’s Center in Nashville, TN, primarily working on the Memory and Aging Project, examining the relation between heart health and brain health, and clinical trials for Alzheimer’s treatments.
