Undergraduate Students Win CUGR Awards
CSD undergraduates Jasmine Lamb (Poland, ME) and Kaitlynn Raye (Hampden, ME) have received prestigious research awards from the UMaine Center for Undergraduate Research. Jasmine, also a student in the Honors College, is studying the promotion of health in the Sipyak through the use of alternative energy solutions with School of Economics Associate Professor Sharon Klein as her mentor. Kaitlynn’s project aims to improve access to and the quality of health care services for patients with communication impairments. Her mentor is CSD Professor Nancy E. Hall.
