Water polo is a team sport which means community is a big part to us. We all have a very close bond, and support each other. While we do have fun playing a unique sport, most of us are beginners, and are here for a low stress environment to keep in shape! The only real requirement to join UMaine’s girls club polo team is that you must be able to swim! Most of our players started as beginners and had never played before, so don’t stress if you don’t know how to play yet!
