Join us for a hands-on summer experience at the University of Maine’s Advanced Manufacturing Center (the AMC). Designed for aspiring innovators, this residential camp delivers collaborative robotics training in an industry recognized environment. Participants work directly with industry-grade robotics equipment, tour a local manufacturing facility using collaborative robots in production, and work toward earning the Universal Robots Educational Robotics Training – Core (ERT-C) credential.
Students also experience UMaine campus life through university housing, dining hall meals, recreation, and enrichment activities, alongside small group instruction throughout this 6-day, 5-night program. With only 36 total spots available (12 per session), space is limited.
Tuition is $1,950 and includes housing, meals, instruction, credentialing, and all activities. We are actively pursuing sponsorships to reduce the cost for students and families, but cost reductions are not guaranteed. If sponsorship funding is secured after tuition is paid, families will receive a differential refund. Payment instructions will be provided in the parent or guardian confirmation email after application submission.
This program is open to high school students ages 13 to 18 (rising 9th-12th graders).
