Basic Training

This course provides a foundational understanding of Doosan Robotics and its products, focusing on the differentiation between collaborative robots and industrial robots. Participants will familiarize themselves with the RobotLAB portal, navigating its features, utilizing the Troubleshooting Guide and Training portal. The course covers essential aspects such as the installation and initial setup of Doosan Robots,
introducing the concept of Smart Setup for configuration. Participants will also gain proficiency in manipulating Doosan Robots, ensuring a strong grasp of basic operational skills. Safety is a significant component, encompassing an introduction to safety features, safety-rated stop mechanisms, monitoring, I/O handling, and workspace settings, fostering a comprehensive understanding of robot safety. The course concludes with insights into secure passwords, user setup procedures, and the utilization of Smart Setup’s automatic measurement functions.

Core Training

2 days • $1,200 • 6-person capacity

The 8-part Core Training course offers a comprehensive journey into understanding and utilizing this advanced robotic system. Beginning with an overview of its functions and safety considerations in Part 1, the program proceeds to introduce the DART-Platform in Part 2, a crucial software tool for setting up the robot’s work environment. Parts 3 and 4 delve into programming tools, Task Builder and Task Writer, providing
both visual and code-centric approaches. Part 5 covers programming commands and variables, while Part 6 explores advanced features like Force and Compliance Control. Part 7 introduces industrial communication protocols, and in the final segment, Part 8, participants apply their knowledge by creating a practical Pick & Place program. This training equips participants with the skills to effectively program, operate, and
maximize the potential of the Doosan Collaborative Robot in diverse settings.

Basic Service Training

In this introductory course on Doosan Robotics Service, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, participants will become proficient in maintaining,
diagnosing, and resolving minor issues related to Doosan robots. The course begins with an exploration of the company’s service policy and the Issue Reporting process, emphasizing efficient issue reporting and resolution. Participants will then progress through a structured curriculum that covers essential skills such as troubleshooting, fault log backup, and hardware analysis. They will learn to identify common hardware problems and replace common worn/broken parts. The course also includes a deep dive into software updates for different versions. Real-world case studies and hands-on labs. By the course’s conclusion, participants will be certified and well-prepared to provide reliable support and maintenance for Doosan Robotics systems.

Level 2 – Starting Q3, 2026

Advanced Training

The Advanced Training course offers the ability to configure programs and installation processes at an advanced level of complexity. Participants will also learn to handle communication setup and utilize vision-based processes effectively. Moreover, they can become proficient in tailoring the robot’s functions to meet specific customer requirements. The program covers essential aspects such as creating a home return program, implementing error and exception handling mechanisms, and performing DRL editing using Dart-Studio. Additionally, participants will gain a deep
understanding of communication protocol workflows and the capability to configure scenarios to optimize the robot’s performance.

Advanced Service Training

3 days • $1,800 • 6-person capacity

In this comprehensive course on Doosan Robotics Service, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, participants will embark on a two-day journey to become proficient in maintaining, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to Doosan robots. The course begins with an exploration of the company’s service policy and the Customer Issue Report process, emphasizing efficient issue reporting and resolution. Participants will then progress through a structured curriculum that covers essential skills such as troubleshooting, fault log analysis, and hardware analysis. They will learn to identify common hardware problems, replace worn parts, and calibrate joint modules. The course also includes a deep dive into software updates for different versions. Real-world case studies, hands-on labs, and a final project allows participants to apply their knowledge effectively. By the course’s conclusion, participants will be certified and well-prepared to provide reliable support and maintenance for Doosan Robotics
systems.

Certified Instructor Training

The course focuses on critical aspects of effective teaching and classroom management. It emphasizes mastering non-verbal communication through interactive workshops and theoretical insights into the use of posture, body language, facial expressions, and gestures to enhance interpersonal effectiveness. It also covers speaking strategies for lectures, highlighting the importance of voice modulation, pacing, and strategic pausing to keep the audience engaged and facilitate information retention. The course stresses the importance of understanding material thoroughly and setting up a technically equipped classroom to ensure smooth delivery and engagement. Additionally, it addresses creating a positive classroom environment, discussing safety protocols, classroom etiquette, and techniques for handling questions and managing difficult students to maintain a constructive atmosphere. Finally, it deals with issue resolution during lectures, providing strategies for handling unexpected problems and maintaining lecture flow, emphasizing quick, effective problem-solving and the importance of contingency planning to keep lectures on track.
