Little Shop of Horrors: FALL Musical Auditions
A nerdy florist finds his chance for success and romance with the help of a giant man-eating plant who demands to be fed.
Please prepare a short monologue of your choice. Pick material that suits you, i.e., something you could be cast in. Length is limited to 90 sec. Audition material will also be provided for cold readings. If you have questions contact Marcia Douglas on FirstClass.
For MUSIC portion of audition, please prepare TWO contrasting selections
- one more up beat
- one slower ballad
You will be asked to sing your first preference with the second if the panel would like to hear more. Please prepare songs that show up your best singing. Selections should be pieces you know well, they do not need to be from Little Shop!
Please bring sheet music for your selections, neatly printed, three hole punched in a binder. An audition accompanist will be provided to play piano for you.
FOR sheet music OR more information or guidance: contact Ben McNaboe on FirstClass.
