Meetings: Select this option if you are scheduling a regularly scheduled student organization meeting (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc). Once your form is submitted, the Coordinator for Student Organizations will work with you to find an ideal meeting location.
Event: Select this option if you are scheduling a one-time event (speakers, fundraisers, inviting people outside of your normal organization to join). Once your form is submitted, the Assistant Director for Campus Activities will work with you to secure locations, permits, etc.
All Fraternity and Sorority Events should meet with Devon Hoyt.
All other student events will be reviewed every Monday. A member of the Event Management Team will reach out to you to set up a meeting to discuss your event.
