If you are seeking our support, please review our project intake process below and submit your request.

When we review
During each sprint, we will review all requests that are submitted through the project request form on Mondays. Projects submitted after Monday afternoon will be reviewed the following week. Before accepting a request, we will review each submission to see if it aligns with the University’s strategic priorities and if we have the available resources/time to help with the request.
What happens after your request is reviewed?
Once we review your request, we will determine one of the following outcomes:
Your project request is approved
We will reach out and let you know your project has been approved. We will work with you to kick off the project.
Your project request is on hold
We aren’t able to make a decision on your request and need more information. We will connect with the appropriate parties to gather more information before making a final decision.
Your project request Cannot be Accommodated and is Redirected to Other Resources
Since MarCom’s mission is to advance the university’s strategic goals and needs, we prioritize projects that: 1) align with institutional priorities; 2) can be completed within the requested timeframe; and 3) fall within the range of services we provide. We will attempt to guide you to other resources should your project fall outside of these criteria.
