Lori Edwards, MS, CCC-SLP
Lori Edwards is a department lecturer and speech-language pathologist (SLP). Early in her career as an SLP, she worked for several years with the preschool population before moving on to work with adults and pediatrics in acute care and rehab at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center from 1988 to 2022 when she retired. Lori was a senior speech-language pathologist for 20+ years working on improving quality of care in speech-language pathology and has earned certifications in FEES and stroboscopy. Lori’s main interest in the field has been dysphagia.
