As a CORE service center, all internal and external researchers can use the MIAC facility.
MIAC is located in Hitchner Hall 233 with restricted access. Feel free to contact Zhengxin Ma at zhengxin.ma@maine.edu to arrange a tour.

Navigate to our iLab page and create a user account
Request training:
Once your account is ready, request the training for a specific microscope/image analysis
If you need to use the microscope less than 3 times, you can image together with a MIAC staff instead of completing the full training.
The NIH requires that all publications containing data collected on the microscope or analyzed using MIAC resources, including press releases, acknowledging NIH grant support.
