We are a full-service facility offering access to multiple image analysis software packages and providing expert consulting for analysis projects.
Our offerings include ImageJ for straightforward analysis as well as the Imaris Cell Biologist Package for high-content analysis and image processing.
ImageJ is a versatile platform developed by the NIH for all-access analysis needs.
Imaris is a user-friendly and extremely powerful package that excels in visually presenting 3D and 4D datasets. It boasts robust capabilities for conducting quantitative analyses on multi-dimensional images, and seamlessly manages a wide array of commercial fluorescence microscopy file formats.

The current licensed Imaris for Cell Biologists package includes:
- 3D/4D visualization and quantification
- Imaris TrackLineage – track motion in 2D/3D over time, detect divisions, and
create lineage tree - Imaris Cell – segment and analyze cells and their compartments
- Customized Analysis with Matlab, Python, Java, and R

Sites of Endo cytosis Indicated by Cortical Actin Patches. Yeast (S. cerevisiae) expressing a mutant RGS (sst2S539A) were treated with saturating pheromone followed by staining of the cell wall and actin (Calcofluor White in blue and phalloi din-CF488 in green).
