Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)
The University of Maine and Oak Ridge National Laboratory SM²ART Program is pleased to offer another ten-week summer research experience for undergraduates in 2024. The REU Program aims for participants to develop and utilize new knowledge in an ethical manner to address the development of sustainable composite materials from the Maine forest.

We are looking for your input to roadmap current and future demand in large-scale bio-based AM, as well as pathways to integrate large scale AM into current manufacturing infrastructure.
