Special Accommodations Support Team members transition to floor monitors and ushers once all guests are seated
Student Assistants
Student Assistants are first stationed in the Cross Insurance Center ballroom and are responsible for ensuring that students are properly dressed in regalia, have their blue reader cards, and are in the appropriate line. Student Assistants then march to the arena floor with students, ensuring students remain in the appropriate line. Upon arrival to the arena, Student Assistants will assist Floor Monitors.
Greeters
Greeters are stationed outside the Cross Insurance Center prior to the ceremony start and are responsible for keeping the flow of the lines moving, assisting guests with questions, and directing to the appropriate entrance. Once all guests have entered, greeters assist as ushers or floor monitors.
