Victor Ostman — video transcript

As an athlete, I enjoy sports, finance too has also been an interest for a couple years. I knew right away that I wanted to do something in the Business School but then I kind of went back and forth. Once the Sports Management major came out I I quickly realized that’s was something I would want to pursue and then adding Finance as a double major wasn’t a big issue with time commitment or anything. Whether you like it or not, how are you going to manage your money privately or if you end up working in it it’s going to be a big part of your life so that’s kind of how I got interest for it. A dream job would be like a general manager or something like that of like a sports team or in within the finance of of a sports team kind of combining obviously the two majors. So obviously I want to play for as long as I can professionally and hopefully for for many years and if not I’ll have a degree to to fall back on and, I mean, everyone’s been super welcoming since the first day and obviously coming from Sweden and I wasn’t sure what what to expect or what it would be like but it’s been awesome and the time has flown by, and I can’t believe I’m almost graduated now and but it it’s been it’s been great for sure.
