‘Til We Meet Again
Join us 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2025, as we celebrate the University of Maine’s Class of 2025 with a Hearty Maine Farewell. Campus will be open for graduates and visitors to revisit favorite spots, shop at the UMaine Bookstore, and enjoy local eats at a food truck hub on the University Mall. Photographers will be stationed at iconic landmarks from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to capture the excitement. Be sure to check with your department for special send-offs, and stop by the Alumni Welcome Center to grab your grad gift and take alumni-themed photos. Let’s make lasting memories before we say, “’Til we meet again.”
Open Campus
The UMaine campus will be open to students and visitors, encouraging them to walk the grounds and revisit favorite memories before graduation.
UMaine Bookstore
Open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Memorial Union (1st floor). Graduates and guests can shop official UMaine Black Bear merchandise.
Photographers
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., photographers will be stationed at key campus landmarks to capture graduation memories:
Food Trucks
A food truck gathering on the University Mall (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.), will feature a selection of local cuisine available for purchase.
Send-Offs
Graduates are encouraged to check with their departments for unique receptions, celebrations, or gatherings.
