Upcoming Class

Hands-On Gardening

Are you interested in vegetable gardening but don’t know where to start or have you tried gardening in the past only to give up in frustration? Then come join Barbara Murphy from the University of Maine Cooperative Extension and a group of new and experienced gardeners as we work together all season to grow a successful vegetable garden. Learn the basics, get your questions answered, and share in the harvest.

Where & When:

  • Indoor Classes, UMaine Extension Oxford County Office, 9 Olson Road, South Paris, May 13 & May 20, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Outdoor Classes, Alan Day Community Garden, downtown Norway, May 28

Cost:  $10.00 (scholarships are available)
