UMaine Extension offering Growing Microgreens 101 workshop Jan. 24

University of Maine Cooperative Extension will host a Growing Microgreens 101 workshop from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. on Jan. 24 at the UMaine Regional Learning Center, 75 Clearwater Drive, Suite 104, Falmouth. Microgreens are herb, flower or vegetable greens grown densely in trays and harvested just after the first true leaves.
