The County reported that the University of Maine brought culinary art instructors from their career tech high schools around the state to see what is happening in agriculture in Aroostook County. The program was supported by a Professional Development in Agriculture Literacy grant for $300,000 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture awarded in January 2021.
