MD Islander highlights Muscat selection as NOAA scholar

The Mount Desert Islander profiled University of Maine student Abigail Muscat, who was recently named a 2020 Ernest A. Hollings Undergraduate Scholar by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
