Maine Public talked with Ivan Fernandez after the first meeting of the Maine Climate Council on Thursday. Fernandez, a University of Maine soil and forest scientist, said work on climate change is resuming at the state level. “Some faces here that I haven’t seen in about eight years,” Fernandez said. “We can continue our work.”
