Chadwick “Chad” Arms, a former dairy specialist with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, passed away Sept. 2. Arms served in three states including Maine in his 40-year career with Cooperative Extension, retiring in 1998 as the UMaine Extension dairy specialist.
