The 2018 Maryann Hartman Awards recognizing the inspirational achievements of Maine women will be presented to author and chaplain Kate Braestrup of Lincolnville, community organizer and activist JoAnne Dauphinee of Bangor and state legislator Peggy Rotundo of Lewiston.
