Piscataquis County Extension Association (PCEA) will hold its annual meeting at 5 p.m. Nov. 8 at the Dover Foxcroft Congregational Church in Dover-Foxcroft. The program and meeting are open to the public. University of Maine Cooperative Extension livestock specialist Colt Knight will demonstrate how to safely prepare and cook whole chicken on a home smoker.
