Grad student recognized for research project

Karen Hutchins, a University of Maine Ph.D. candidate in Communication and Journalism and a graduate research assistant for Maine’s Sustainability Solutions Initiative, was recognized by the National Science Foundation for her research poster on partnerships between universities and municipalities.
