The University of Maine Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD) project is a joint effort of Fogler Library and the Graduate School. Our goals are “to improve graduate education, increase sharing of knowledge, help universities build their information infrastructure, and extend the value of digital libraries,” in keeping with those of the Networked Digital Library of
