This competition is open to all University of Maine students.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2020 Topic<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Applicants were asked to reflect on the following excerpt\u00a0from \u201cWhere Do We Go From Here?\u201d as published in Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?
