Join us for an Interfaith Water Ceremony to celebrate the start of School!
71% of the earth’s surface is covered in water. 65% of the human body is made up of water. And 98% of summer fun is made up of water. (OK, we made that last one up!). But water plays a crucial role in much of our summer fun and is also central to many spiritual practices around the globe.
Join us at the Wilson Center this Wednesday night as we celebrate our return (or our first time arrival) to UMaine with a Unitarian-inspired Water Ceremony!
As usual, there will be lots of great, home-cooked food for dinner (vegetarian and vegan options provided) and lots of good company. There will also be lots and lots of water and a chance to make some new friends.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
