The Healthy High 5k & 10k
The 12th Annual Healthy High 5K,10K,15k & 1-Mile fun run
April 27, 2019.
15K at 9:00 AM & 5k/10K at 9:30AM
The 5k/10k/15k run/walk will start at the New Balance Recreation Center on the University of Maine campus and will continue on a course around campus ending back at the Recreation Center.
The 5K/10K/15K courses will be timed until 1:00 PM
Both the 5K course and the 10K course are certified by USATF. The 15K is not a certified course by USATF.

Early paper registration forms should be returned to the Student Wellness Resource Center by April 26th at Noon.

- While the 1-mile is free, the T-shirt is available to purchase upon online registration.
- Groups of 3 or more who register together are eligible for a discount. Contact the race director via email.

Note: Student discounts are for full-time Graduate and Undergrad University of Maine students only. Non-students who do not provide a valid student ID number will have registrations put on hold until the race fee difference is paid. If it is not paid prior to race day, the registration will be canceled.
5K Walk or Run & 10K Run: The 15Ks starts at 9:00 AM. The 5K and 10K start at 9:30 AM. The 1-mile walk will begin after the 5K/10K field clears the starting line.

UMaine students can receive a discount by registering in person in room 235 in the Memorial Union and showing their MaineCard* or providing their MaineStreet ID number online. Students will need to show proof that they are a current UMaine student for discount pricing.

Packets will be available for pick-up the day of the race, starting at 7:30 AM in the Student Recreation Center at the health and wellness expo from 7:30-8:59 AM. Packets will include race number and t-shirts for the first 700 people who register! Please note that the 1-mile fun run participants will not receive t-shirts.)

Black Bear Exchange: The Black Bear Exchange is a food pantry and clothing exchange combination. There is no income requirement for users of the food pantry. Food is available to those that have a need. Our focus is supporting those who are not able to obtain assistance from other community sources.
Even if you don’t run or walk the 5K/10k/15k, please come out and support our participants!
