Financial aid for active-duty service-members is available from every branch of the U. S. Military. Scholarships, grants and tuition assistance programs are often used as recruiting incentives, and offer educational opportunities in exchange for military service. Recipients must agree to a predetermined term of service in the military in order to receive awards.
