equipment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a &#8220;competency check&#8221;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All new members must go through competency checks with their assigned mentors.
