Create Your Website<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be amazed at how easy it is to create your website.<\/p>\n

There are several popular web site creation tools including:<\/p>\n

WordPress<\/a>: A low-cost, easy to create software system that also has e-commerce stores as well as many free apps.<\/p>\n

Wix is another one that allows you to create a FREE web site with these simple instructions.\u00a0\u00a0 You can also upgrade to a premium version if you want more features and also if you want your own domain name.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to www.wix.com<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the “Start Now” button in the center of the page<\/li>\n
  3. It will bring up a page to create your account:\n

    1. Enter the email of your company<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the “I’m a new user” button<\/li>\n
    3. Enter a password for your account… WRITE this down<\/strong>!!<\/li>\n
    4. Click the “GO” button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Open your email account that you used to register above.\u00a0 WIX will send you an email to confirm and activate your account.\u00a0 Click on the link to activate the account.<\/li>\n
    6. Go back to WIX and click on “Create a new site”.<\/li>\n
    7. You can now select a template. When you “mouse over” the picture of each template, you will see in the upper left corner whether it is FREE or not. If you see “Price: e-commerce”, that means that you will be charged to use it.\u00a0 Therefore, you may want to select a FREE template.\u00a0 You can click on “View” to see what it would each one looks like. You can go back to look at others. When you find one that you like, click on “Edit” and then you can begin.<\/li>\n
    8. Notice that when you are in edit mode, there will be icons on the left side of the page.\u00a0 These are your commands.\n

      1. Pages (top left corner of screen)
        \nAdd
        \nSettings and SEO
        \nOr click on one of the pages you have already created<\/li>\n
      2. Left navigation bar\n
          \n
        1. Background (to change the background- I recommend just clicking on the “color” button.)<\/li>\n
        2. Add: to add text, image, gallery, media, etc.<\/li>\n
        3. App market- check out these cool apps- some are free<\/li>\n
        4. My uploads<\/li>\n
        5. Start blogging<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        6. Also, notice that you can double click on anything on the template and change it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
