Mid-Semester Updates

With this semester in full swing, the Undiscovered Maine team has been hard at work creating plenty of fun and engaging itineraries! We are constantly uploading new ones, so be sure to check them out here!

This semester, we would like to introduce some new members to the team, Aubrey, Nick, Nicole, and Michael! We are so excited to have them as part of the team; it’s always wonderful to gain new perspectives and voices to add to our collective consciousness.

Since the start of the semester, we have been brainstorming new ideas for content and focusing a lot more on business outreach. Our Small Business Success Stories have been popular, and we are even considering uploading classic Maine recipes from several different cookbooks our team members have on hand. Even during the pandemic, we are busier than ever before!

Stay tuned as we begin to give more regular updates and start to share wonderful recipes for you to make at home; Maine is a state of delicious comfort food!
