We are a club that offers a space for students that share in the Muslim identity to partake in cultural activities/events on campus together. However, people of all faith and non-faith backgrounds are welcome to join! As an example, we participate in Culturefest, International Coffee Hour, and Diversity Week. Each year, we also host our annual Islamic Awareness Week on campus, which typically involves tabling with a variety of activities, inviting a keynote speaker to campus, and helping the Islamic Center of Maine with their annual Open House. We also do a number of member bonding activities at meetings, such as games, outdoor walks, and movie nights!
