Courtney Hatton

Courtney just graduated from the University of Maine, majoring in Biology.  During the academic year, she works as the student tutor and assistant extraordinaire, this summer she will serve as the Individual Project Coordinator.

Courtney is interested in the medical field and is in the process of applying for medical school.  She volunteers for UVAC, the university’s student-run volunteer ambulance crew, and she works as a CNA at St. Joesph’s hospital. This Fall she will be working with Gift of Life as a campus ambassador, to help run swab drives, that could save lives for people waiting on bone-marrow registries.
Courtney has worked in a diverse range of fields, including biotech, virology, immunology, genetics, agriculture, and missionary work in Mexico.
