How it Works
Complete the appropriate form to request the services needed.
The TASC office will call you once your request is received to discuss the specifics.
Customers will be billed for services on a monthly basis. We will take on projects as small as two hours in duration.
The pool employee will complete a monthly timesheet designating the amount of time worked for various clients.
Invoices will show a summary of hours worked and the cost for those services. Customers may pay for services through an IDO or cost adjustment.
Some technical services may require the purchase of parts to build/repair a piece of equipment. Our technical staff will make recommendations on parts and their source and will coordinate with the requestor’s home unit to place orders.
