About the Program The Killam Fellowships Program is administered by the Foundation for Educational Exchange between Canada and the U.S. It is supported by the American Killam Trusts, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, and the Foundation. The Program provides support for undergraduate students in either country to participate in a binational residential academic exchange program.
