UMaine GROW Supervisor Information
Supervisors in the UMaine GROW program are responsible for:
- Selecting student employees who they feel would be willing to participate in the program
- Hosting two formal meetings with each chosen student employee per semester
- Providing opportunities for students to develop skill-sets they are interested in building
- Ensuring that your student employees are completing their surveys
